I do LOVE my Billy Blanks, and I've been attempting to get in at least 50-60 minutes of the advanced "Get Ripped" workout every day. So far so good, with the exception of the slow revival of a former running injury (the old stress fractures in my shins are starting to get a little cranky). On and off (mostly off) I've done a lot of Tae Bo over the years, and the Get Ripped Advanced II workouts still reign supreme for me. I always notice changes in my body almost immediately when doing these workouts, and they are a great way to burn a fast 600-700 calories.
Every so often I've been alternating Tae Bo with some pre-programmed speed and incline workouts on my treadmill.
