Juice Feast-Day 16

Whoo Hoo! Public Nudity?

I had another crazy dream last night. This time I was in some sort of communal shower area. Some of the shower stalls were exposed to the public, and others were in private rooms. I was obviously there to take a shower, and wandered around to check out the facilities before deciding to shower in an area that was exposed to the public.

Then a familiar, yet faceless, man approached me (wearing a suit and tie) and attempted to escort me over to one of the private shower areas. It certainly seemed to me like he was trying to scoot me into a stall where no one would see me showering.( It was clear to me after I woke up that this man was playing the part of my ego.) I kept leaving to go shower in the public area, and each time he would try to scoot me back into a private area. I finally outwitted him and showered in front of a huge crowd of people. I was completely relaxed and not self conscious in any way.

I'm being washed clean. My ego is battling to keep things the same, but my REAL doesn't want to remain hidden anymore! (*sigh*)....I'm so grateful for the lessons these cleansing dreams are teaching me...I love juice feasting...:)

Cilantroooo!

Today was produce shopping day. I loaded up on all things juicy and cleared out co-ops Kale again (sorry other co-opers:). For something new and different, I decided to pick up some cilantro. Yummm! I will NEVER be without cilantro again on this feast! A few greens, a little onion, jalapeno, garlic and cilantro and you've got yourself a Mexican fiesta in a glass!

32 oz water+MSM+2 caps cascara sagrada

32 oz green juice (kale, celery, cucumbers, carrots, cilantro, sweet peppers, green bell pepper, jalapeno, garlic, red onion)

32 oz green juice + 1 B12 tablet + 2 Bone Maximizer caps

32 oz fruit juice (pineapple/raspberries) Sooo Good!

Total Juice = 120 oz (1 gallon)

Total Water = 96 oz (0.75 gallons)

Comments: Since starting this feast, I haven't had a lot of physical detox symptoms. Yet, I'm releasing weight, so I know I'm detoxing on a physical level. Perhaps more interesting is the fact that mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, I can feel a transformation happening.

For the past few days I've been feeling really emotional. The smallest things seem to evoke intense feelings of love, happiness, and joy! What can I say. I'm feeling blissful....
